Description: IslandSurf was having a problem with inventory stock-outs due to lack of accurate inventory information. When products sold out due to orders from other channels, their Amazon store continued to sell them because the inventory was not regularly updated. This lead to customer dissatisfaction and negative feedback. We implemented a complete automation of product and order feeds from IslandSurf's back-end systems to Amazon's XML interfaces. In addition, because their feedback counts were very low, we implemented a system to generate delivery confirmation and feedback request emails to their clients.
